Ranges
DD hammocks can be divided into 3 main ranges, with each range containing a variety of options. Whatever the case you can be assured of total comfort, and fast & easy set-up.
DD Core Range Also incorporating our DD Multicam products, these hammocks are time-tested and dependable, with a huge range available to suit your needs from beginner to expert.
DD SuperLight Range Incredibly compact and ultralight hammocks - ideal for long or fast expeditions where pack weight is key, without compromising on comfort and features.
DD Recycled Range Made with hundreds of recycled plastic bottles, and in every way as comfortable and hard-wearing as the rest of our range. Also featuring one designed with Steve Backshall MBE!
Suspension
All DD Hammocks come with very strong suspension ready to set up straight out of the stuff sack. DD SuperLight models are fitted with the ultra-lightweight Whoopie Suspension system, allowing knotless suspension in a matter of seconds, whilst DD Core range hammocks come with reliable Strong Webbing, easily attached to trees with a simple shoelace knot.
The suspension on our hammocks is all removable, so you can change or upgrade whenever you like to suit your needs.
Insect-proofing
Many of our hammocks come with zipper-accessed insect proof mesh attached, designed to keep out even the smallest insects (down to the tiny Scottish midge!). To keep a spacious interior, we also supply easy-to-fit spreader poles, to suspend the mesh away from the body. For an open hammock in insect-free conditions, these models can be used upside down with the net on the bottom, or in the case of the DD SuperLight Jungle Hammock, fully removed.
